Fat: 41.26g | Prot: 60.03g | Carb: 156.87g.   Breakfast:  coffee, fat free half and half, lowfat milk, special k breakfast sandwich, sugar. Lunch:  deli ham, mustard, swiss cheese, whole wheat bread. Dinner:  basil chicken, rice. Snacks/Other:  minute maid frozen lemonaide.
