Fat: 54.46g | Prot: 61.13g | Carb: 170.73g.   Breakfast:  english muffin, coffee, butter, fat free half and half, banana, orange juice, strawberries, sugar, chobani plain non fat yogurt. Lunch:  hot dog, orange. Dinner:  taco shells, ground beef, iceberg lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream, ortega , Green Taco Sauce. Snacks/Other:  cotton candy, white wine.
