Fat: 54.46g | Prot: 61.13g | Carb: 170.73g.   Breakfast:  banana, butter, chobani plain non fat yogurt, coffee, english muffin, fat free half and half, orange juice, strawberries, sugar. Lunch:  hot dog, orange. Dinner:  Green Taco Sauce, ground beef, iceberg lettuce, ortega , shredded cheese, sour cream, taco shells. Snacks/Other:  cotton candy, white wine.
