Fat: 72.35g | Prot: 57.34g | Carb: 202.59g.   Breakfast:  coffee, fat free half and half, sugar, Banana Nut Muffin, silk almond milk. Lunch:  bagel, chicken salad, whipped cream cheese, baby carrots. Dinner:  beef stew. Snacks/Other:  white wine, special k crackers, hersheys chocolate bar with almonds.
