Fat: 67.78g | Prot: 70.20g | Carb: 188.14g.   Breakfast:  banana, cheddar cheese, coffee, fat free half and half, orange juice, stonyfield farm lowfat vanilla yogurt, strawberries, sugar, wheat thins. Lunch:  Italian-Style Wedding Soup (45% Less Sodium), Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Dinner:  baja fresh. Snacks/Other:  hersheys chocolate bar with almonds.
