Lunch: bell pepper, Big Slice Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar, celery, Healthfull Nutty Grain, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Miracle Whip, prima della, Red Onions, Tomatoes. Dinner: cooked broccoli, garbanzo bean salad, roast pork. Snacks/Other: 7 layer salad, Apples, babybel light, breakstone cottage cheese single, carbonara, Chicken or Turkey Salad, fiber one 90 calorie chocolate peanut butter.
