Lunch:  almond milk, Cinnamon, hershey's cocoa, LOL heavy whipping cream, MCT Oil, townsend farms. Dinner:  Beef Bottom Round Roast (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade, Cooked, Roasted), celery, Onions.
