Fat: 259.48g | Prot: 131.47g | Carb: 40.31g.   Breakfast:  Classic Roast Instant Coffee, LOL heavy whipping cream, AvéULTRA, hershey's cocoa, MCT Oil, almond milk, Blackberries, Cinnamon, LOL heavy whipping cream. Lunch:  Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), curry powder, cumin, nosalt, Real Mayonnaise, coconut oil, kraft cheese slice. Dinner:  Pork Roast, Organic Baby Spinach, Caesar Salad Dressing, crystal hot sauce, Real Mayonnaise, mustard, carlson fish oil. Snacks/Other:  smoked sliced ham, macadamia, sargento cheese stick, Pork Roast.
