Fat: 259.48g | Prot: 131.47g | Carb: 40.31g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, AvéULTRA, Blackberries, Cinnamon, Classic Roast Instant Coffee, hershey's cocoa, LOL heavy whipping cream, LOL heavy whipping cream, MCT Oil. Lunch:  coconut oil, cumin, curry powder, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), kraft cheese slice, nosalt, Real Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Caesar Salad Dressing, carlson fish oil, crystal hot sauce, mustard, Organic Baby Spinach, Pork Roast, Real Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  macadamia, Pork Roast, sargento cheese stick, smoked sliced ham.
