Fat: 164.54g | Prot: 145.34g | Carb: 30.59g.   Breakfast:  johnsonville new orleans sausage, coconut oil, Classic Roast Instant Coffee, almond milk, avacado, Egg, Cumin, Curry Powder, Dried Pine Nuts, Cooked Kale (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Lunch:  kraft cheese slice, chicken wing, Brazil Nuts. Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers), chicken thigh, Caesar Salad Dressing, salmon, chicken breast, Organic Baby Spinach, publix tomato sauce . Snacks/Other:  MCT Oil, AvéULTRA, almond milk, cinnamon, bigelow green tea, Strawberries, Sleepytime Extra.
