Fat: 164.54g | Prot: 145.34g | Carb: 30.59g.   Breakfast: almond milk, avacado, Classic Roast Instant Coffee, coconut oil, Cooked Kale (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cumin, Curry Powder, Dried Pine Nuts, Egg, johnsonville new orleans sausage. Lunch: Brazil Nuts, chicken wing, kraft cheese slice. Dinner: Caesar Salad Dressing, chicken breast, Chicken Drumstick Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers), chicken thigh, Organic Baby Spinach, publix tomato sauce , salmon. Snacks/Other: almond milk, AvéULTRA, bigelow green tea, cinnamon, MCT Oil, Sleepytime Extra, Strawberries.
