Lunch:  pork butt. Dinner:  Classic Yellow Mustard, pork butt, Real Mayonnaise, vinegar. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots, beef jerky, Brazil Nuts, Caesar Salad Dressing, Endive, Chicory, Escarole or Romaine Lettuce, grape tomatoes, johnsonville new orleans link, kraft cheese slice, Low Fat Small Curd Cottage Cheese (2% Milkfat), NoSalt, Original Plain Organic Yogurt, The Very Finest Fish Oil, Walnuts, whisky.
