Lunch: beef fat, Beef, ribeye ,, NoSalt, virgin coconut oil. Dinner: ground beef, Low Carb Best Pizza!, Pepperoni, Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cheese Creations Sauce. Snacks/Other: almond milk, AvéULTRA, NoSalt, Organic Flaxseed Oil, Papaya Enzymes - Chewable, Pure Peppermint Tea, Wild alaskan salmon oil.
