Fat: 93.38g | Prot: 141.01g | Carb: 11.90g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, Classic Roast Instant Coffee, Collards (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Egg, publix four cheese blend, roast beef. Lunch:  Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), johnsonville new orleans link. Dinner:  3-Pepper Colby Jack Cheese, blueberries, Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, Longhorn Colby Jack cheese, Oven Roasted Choice Beef Top Round, publix longhorn cheese, Pure Peppermint Tea, Real Mayonnaise, romaine. Snacks/Other:  Pure Peppermint Tea.
