Fat: 168.68g | Prot: 162.04g | Carb: 44.25g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, Classic Roast Instant Coffee. Lunch:  butter, Collards (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fancy Shredded Four Cheese Mexican Blend, Portabella Mushrooms, roast beef. Dinner:  butter, Steamed or Boiled Clams. Snacks/Other:  almond milk, avacado, AvéULTRA, Cheddar Cheese Curds, cheese heads, Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky, nut brazil, Real Mayonnaise , romaine.
