Fat: 185.49g | Prot: 134.01g | Carb: 24.01g.   Lunch:  almond, almond milk, baby spinach , cardinis, chicken breast, Chicken Dark Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Classic Roast Instant Coffee, feta cheese, nut brazil, onion, phyllo, spinach. Dinner:  baby carrot, Cheddar Cheese Curds, Real Mayonnaise, wood roasted wild pacific salmon. Snacks/Other:  Hickory Smoked Beef Jerky, nut brazil, Real Mayonnaise , roast beef.
