Fat: 133.58g | Prot: 255.15g | Carb: 99.07g.   Breakfast:  Brazil nuts, Dijon Broccoli Chicken, orange juice. Dinner:  Smoked Turkey Drumstick (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Raw Sunflower Seed Kernels, Spiru-Tein Strawberry Soy Protein Powder.
