Fat: 74.84g | Prot: 100.42g | Carb: 253.89g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk, Eggo Blueberry Waffle, honey bunches of oats, milk. Lunch: Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice), thomas whole wheat bagel. Dinner: acorn squash, artisan fresh chicken cheese ravioli, frozen Green Beans, ragu, sweet potato, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other: cabot greek yogurt low fat, carlson the very finest fish oil, Coconut, Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice).
