Fat: 38.61g | Prot: 79.08g | Carb: 226.29g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, blackberry, quaker instant oatmeal weight control. Lunch:  chicken and calamari, fried rice, grilled chicken. Dinner:  Chili Seasoning, Chili Style Beans, No Salt Added Tomato Juice, Saltine Crackers, Stewed Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Apples, cantaloupe, Celery, grape tomatoe, Grapes, Light String Cheese, Pure Almond Milk - Original, Special K Cinnamon Pecan Cereal, Water.
