Fat: 38.61g | Prot: 79.08g | Carb: 226.29g.   Breakfast:  blackberry, Bananas, quaker instant oatmeal weight control. Lunch:  fried rice, grilled chicken, chicken and calamari. Dinner:  No Salt Added Tomato Juice, Chili Seasoning, Chili Style Beans, Stewed Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Saltine Crackers. Snacks/Other:  Water, Grapes, Apples, Celery, grape tomatoe, cantaloupe, Light String Cheese, Pure Almond Milk - Original, Special K Cinnamon Pecan Cereal.
