Fat: 27.33g | Prot: 70.48g | Carb: 160.43g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Pure Almond Milk - Original, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Spinach, Strawberries. Lunch:  Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, No Salt added Sweet Peas, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless). Dinner:  Chili Seasoning, Chili Style Beans, No Salt Added Tomato Juice, Saltine Crackers, Stewed Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Celery, Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Oranges, Water.
