Fat: 44.84g | Prot: 87.60g | Carb: 138.32g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Blackberries, Pure Almond Milk - Original, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Spinach, Strawberries. Lunch:  grapes, lean cuisine chicken pecan. Dinner:  Apples, chicken breast, Lowfat Small Curd Cottage Cheese, shake and bake. Snacks/Other:  Mini Babybel Original Cheese, Peanut Butter Cookie, Water.
