Fat: 46.24g | Prot: 64.42g | Carb: 139.56g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Strawberries, Pure Almond Milk - Original, spinach, Blackberries, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  lean cuisine sesame chicken, grape tomatoe. Dinner:  Original Green Bean Casserole with Mushroom Sauce & Onion Topping, Turkey, Pineapple Ham Steak, Banana Pudding. Snacks/Other:  Water, Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry Cheesecake.
