Fat: 29.48g | Prot: 88.47g | Carb: 217.18g.   Breakfast:  Butter , Ketchup , 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  High Fiber Cereal, High Protein TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein), Milk (Nonfat), Wheat Bran (Crude), Bananas. Dinner:  Eggplant , Onions , Broccoli , Quinoa (Cooked), Olive Oil , Garlic , Traditional Plain Greek Yogurt, Feta Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Apples (Without Skin), Rum.
