Fat: 48.60g | Prot: 260.91g | Carb: 202.01g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Beef Sausage, Brown Mushrooms (Crimini Italian), Egg, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Tuna in Water (Canned). Lunch:  Almond Milk, High Fiber Cereal, High Protein TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein). Dinner:  Brown Mushrooms (Crimini Italian) , Garlic , Green Snap Beans , Millet (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Olive Oil , Quinoa (Cooked), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Almond Milk, Apples (Without Skin) , Cashew Nuts, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Fruit Punch Creatine.
