Lunch: Almond Milk, High Fiber Cereal, High Protein TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein). Dinner: Brown Mushrooms (Crimini Italian) , Garlic , Green Snap Beans , Millet (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Olive Oil , Quinoa (Cooked), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Almond Milk, Apples (Without Skin) , Cashew Nuts, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Fruit Punch Creatine.
