Fat: 48.60g | Prot: 260.91g | Carb: 202.01g.   Breakfast:  Egg, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Brown Mushrooms (Crimini Italian), Beef Sausage, Tuna in Water (Canned). Lunch:  High Protein TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein), High Fiber Cereal, Almond Milk. Dinner:  Quinoa (Cooked), Millet (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Olive Oil , Garlic , Green Snap Beans , Brown Mushrooms (Crimini Italian) . Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Fruit Punch Creatine, Almond Milk, Apples (Without Skin) , Cashew Nuts.
