Fat: 67.88g | Prot: 83.07g | Carb: 145.66g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cream Cheese , Egg, Turkey Polska Kielbasa. Lunch:  Bananas, Blueberries, peanut butter, Strawberries. Dinner:  All Natural 93% Fat Free Ground Turkey, italian dressing, Pickles, Red Kidney Beans (with Salt, Cooked, Boiled), salad, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Pie.
