Fat: 91.18g | Prot: 123.36g | Carb: 137.81g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Butter , Chicken or Turkey Pate with Vegetables (Diet), Pork Polish Sausage , Rye Bread. Lunch:  12" Medium Pepperoni Pan Pizza, Light or Dark Holiday Type Fruit Cake, Pretzels. Dinner:  Baby Back Ribs, Balsamic and Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other:  Butter or Sugar Cookie, Chocolate Cream Pie, Superior Rum.
