Fat: 52.09g | Prot: 64.95g | Carb: 161.02g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fried Egg, Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel Liquid Coffee Creamer, Whole Wheat Tortillas. Lunch:  baked chicken breast, red bell pepper. Dinner:  Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, pizza. Snacks/Other:  bolthouse farms vanilla chia, sucker.
