Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sweet Potato Fries. Dinner:  Coconut Oil, Green String Beans, Meatless Ground Burger, Pocket Thins Flatbread 8 Grain, Quinoa (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Celery, Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Frozen Blackberries, Jalapeno Peppers, Olives, Orange Juice, Roasted Garlic Hummus, Strawberries, Townsend Farms Triple Berry Blend Frozen Berries.
