Fat: 76.00g | Prot: 112.75g | Carb: 89.06g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon, Curry Powder, Eating Right Egg, Egg Whites, Mrs. Dash, Sriracha Sauce. Lunch:  avocado, black sesame seeds, blackberries, flaxseed, horizon vanilla yogurt, pita pal hummus, roma tomato, silk almond milk unsweetened, spinach, walnut. Dinner:  black sesame seeds, blackberries, bumblebee tuna in water, carrot, chicken quarter skinless, cilantro, flax seeds, ginger, matcha green tea, mrs dash, spinach, trader joe's ketchup. Snacks/Other:  pistachios.
