Fat: 59.14g | Prot: 87.26g | Carb: 132.98g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, activia fat free vanilla yogurt, coffee, Equal, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp. Lunch:  american cheese, burger king fish. Dinner:  vanilla pizzelle, fettucine, olive oil, shrimp.
