Fat: 33.78g | Prot: 43.76g | Carb: 98.09g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, Equal, starbucks pike. Lunch:  chicken breast, white rice. Dinner:  bruschetta, olive garden dressing, pizza crust, raviolis. Snacks/Other:  dove dark chocalate.
