Fat: 69.71g | Prot: 66.13g | Carb: 167.89g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, dinner rolls, Equal, starbucks pike. Lunch:  Feta Crumbled, hidden valley ranch, sliced ham. Dinner:  2% milk, bread dressing, green bean casserole, little debbie cloud cake, mashed potatos, turkey, Turkey Gravy (Dry).
