Fat: 29.25g | Prot: 70.73g | Carb: 122.12g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, coffee, eggs, equal, white bread. Lunch:  fat free cheddar cheese, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  Hot Italian Chicken Sausage, reunite lambrusco, spaghetti . Snacks/Other:  romaine lettuce.
