Fat: 80.97g | Prot: 86.19g | Carb: 196.06g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg, Jelly (All Flavors), White Bread. Lunch:  Fresh Ham, Oranges, Wegmans Baby-cut California Carrots. Dinner:  Fajita with Chicken and Vegetables, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Red Salsa, Refried Beans with Cheese, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Extra Dark Chocolate Sticks.
