Fat: 80.97g | Prot: 86.19g | Carb: 196.06g.   Breakfast:  Egg, White Bread, Jelly (All Flavors), Coffee. Lunch:  Oranges, Fresh Ham, Wegmans Baby-cut California Carrots. Dinner:  Fajita with Chicken and Vegetables, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Refried Beans with Cheese, Red Salsa, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Extra Dark Chocolate Sticks.
