Fat: 47.38g | Prot: 62.58g | Carb: 9.94g.   Breakfast:  bahama mama, coffee. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Cold Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), diet cherry coke, roasted sunflower seeds. Snacks/Other:  Beef Tip Round (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Choice Grade).
