Lunch:  Egg, Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Turkey Breast Cutlet. Dinner:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Brussels Sprouts, Egg, Long Grain & Wild Rice. Snacks/Other:  Apples , Bananas .
