Dinner:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate Supreme, TEDDIE O.F. LOW SOD PNT BUTTE, Whey Protein Isolate.
