Lunch:  Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortillas, joeys pasta sauce. Dinner:  TEDDIE O.F. LOW SOD PNT BUTTE, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Whey Protein Isolate, Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate Supreme, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal.
