Fat: 117.10g | Prot: 94.75g | Carb: 47.57g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Fried Egg, Heavy Cream, Jimmy Dean Hearty Sausage Crumbles. Lunch:  Rotisserie Chicken. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Balsamic Vinegar, Cherry Tomatoes, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Mozzarella Cheese, Olive Oil, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Macaroons, Low Carb Cheese Cake, Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries.
