Fat: 103.45g | Prot: 66.72g | Carb: 139.40g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Butter (Salted), English Muffin, Fat Free Milk with DHA Omega-3, Strawberry Jelly. Lunch:  Chef Salad, Western Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Bread Stuffing, Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Chicken Noodle Soup, Cottage Cheese.
