Fat: 103.45g | Prot: 66.72g | Carb: 139.40g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Salted), Strawberry Jelly, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), English Muffin, Fat Free Milk with DHA Omega-3. Lunch:  Chef Salad, Western Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, Bread Stuffing, Cottage Cheese, Chicken Noodle Soup.
