Fat: 68.25g | Prot: 79.45g | Carb: 156.09g.   Breakfast:  egg, english muffin, canadian bacon, cheese. Lunch:  cole slaw, grilled chicken breast, green beans, cheese potatoes, smiked sausage. Dinner:  pita bread, tomato, egg white, boiled egg white, candian bacon, cheese, lite ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  bisquick cheese biscuits, pineapple, mango.
