Fat: 68.25g | Prot: 79.45g | Carb: 156.09g.   Breakfast:  canadian bacon, cheese, egg, english muffin. Lunch:  cheese potatoes, cole slaw, green beans, grilled chicken breast, smiked sausage. Dinner:  boiled egg white, candian bacon, cheese, egg white, lite ranch dressing, pita bread, tomato. Snacks/Other:  bisquick cheese biscuits, mango, pineapple.
