Fat: 141.51g | Prot: 155.82g | Carb: 395.81g.   Breakfast:  Burger King Sausage Breakfast Burrito, Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Fat Free Milk, V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz). Lunch:  Cream of Crab Soup (with Milk), Outback Steakhouse Ceasar Side Salad, Red Lobster Batter Fried Calamari. Dinner:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese (Boxed Mix with Cheese Sauce), Togo's Turkey & Cheese Sandwich (Regular). Snacks/Other:  Ice Cream Sandwich, Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies, New Belgium Brewing Ranger IPA, Red Table Wine, Stella Artois Lager.
