Fat: 139.97g | Prot: 124.35g | Carb: 411.79g.   Breakfast:  Lactaid 100% Lactose Free Fat Free Milk, Naked Juice Protein Juice Smoothie - Protein Zone Mango, V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz). Lunch:  Empanada Mexican Turnover (Filled with Meat and Vegetables). Dinner:  Duck Sauce, Panda Express Thai Cashew Chicken, Vegetable Spring Roll. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Devil's Food or Fudge Cake with Icing, Coating or Filling (Pudding-Type Mix, Lite), Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Raisins.
