Fat: 61.19g | Prot: 113.75g | Carb: 218.62g.   Breakfast:  1/3 Less Fat Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fiber Crispbread, Sugar Free Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Bean with Pork Soup (Canned, Condensed), Butter Whipped (Salted), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fried Plantain, Sangria, Shrimp, Snapper, Sourdough Baguette, Yellow Rice. Dinner:  Bacon, Baked or Broiled Salmon, Lettuce, Red Table Wine, Superfruit Berry Vinaigrette. Snacks/Other:  Blue Moon Beer, Blue Moon Beer, Intense Dark Sea Salt Soiree.
