Fat: 34.44g | Prot: 64.45g | Carb: 72.72g.   Lunch:  chicken, grilled, salad, sesame oil. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, brown rice, butter, light, corn on the cob, green beans, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  chocolate ice cream bar, light, grapes.
