Fat: 34.44g | Prot: 64.45g | Carb: 72.72g.   Lunch:  salad, sesame oil, chicken, grilled. Dinner:  butter, light, brown rice, corn on the cob, olive oil, green beans, Baked or Broiled Salmon. Snacks/Other:  grapes, chocolate ice cream bar, light.
