Fat: 98.19g | Prot: 124.42g | Carb: 408.34g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Nonfat Vanilla, Lemon or Coffee Flavor Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener), 100% Pure Florida Orange Juice, Honey Almond Flax Protein & Fibre Cereal. Lunch:  Tangerine, Peeled Baby-cut Carrots, Dried Prune, Kiwi Fruit, Cheese Heads Original String Cheese, Spinach, Cheese Pizza with Vegetables, Cheese Pizza, M&M's. Dinner:  Italian Sausage, Bell Peppers.
