Fat: 79.93g | Prot: 85.69g | Carb: 375.60g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee, danactive, Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, Original Instant Oatmeal, sUGAR. Lunch:  green tea, Imitation Crab & Fish Roe Tsunami Roll, Seaweed Salad. Dinner:  blanched almonds, chobani, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, green beans, mushrooms, onion flakes, salmon. Snacks/Other:  All Natural Jamaican Style Ginger Ale, Berry Oatmeal Crackers, ginger chews, Imperial Grade Matcha, speculoos.
