Fat: 71.73g | Prot: 41.53g | Carb: 262.16g.   Breakfast:  banana, coffee, danactive, goldfish bread, Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, trader joes cookie butter. Lunch:  Alfalfa Sprouts, avocado, blanched almond slivers, cherry tomatoes, Crab Classic Leg Style (Imitation Crab Meat), green tea, onion flakes, Real Mayonnaise, romaine. Dinner:  carrots, honey, moscato, pinot noir. Snacks/Other:  dole pinapple cup, melon, string cheese.
