Lunch: avocado, Crab Classic Leg Style (Imitation Crab Meat), Green Tea, Raw Sliced Almonds, Real Mayonnaise, romaine. Dinner: Efagold Coconut Oil, green beans, Steamed or Poached Salmon, sweet potatoes. Snacks/Other: green tea, Protein Juice Smoothie - Protein Zone, Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips.
