Fat: 94.85g | Prot: 74.99g | Carb: 199.21g.   Breakfast:  Berry Oatmeal Crackers, coffee, Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, sugar, texas grapefruit. Lunch:  avocado, Crab Classic Leg Style (Imitation Crab Meat), Green Tea, Raw Sliced Almonds, Real Mayonnaise, romaine. Dinner:  Efagold Coconut Oil, green beans, Steamed or Poached Salmon, sweet potatoes. Snacks/Other:  green tea, Protein Juice Smoothie - Protein Zone, Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips.
