Fat: 38.53g | Prot: 112.49g | Carb: 71.18g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg Beaters - Original, Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice. Lunch:  dannon nonfat plain yogurt, grape tomatoes, green bell pepper, kens lite northern italian dressing, romaine lettuce, slivered almonds, starkist low sodium chunk light tuna in water. Dinner:  broccoli, delmonte green beans, low fat ground beef, skim milk. Snacks/Other:  Light Cheese Heads String Cheese Sticks, red wine, sargento reduced fat swiss cheese.
