Fat: 52.29g | Prot: 145.22g | Carb: 78.86g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg Beaters - Original, Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice. Lunch:  grape tomatoes, green bell pepper, lowfat cottage cheese, skim milk, smuckers natural peanut butter, starkist low sodium chunk light tuna in water. Dinner:  broccoli, edamame with scallions and sesame, Salmon, virgin olive oil. Snacks/Other:  fudgsicle.
