Fat: 26.23g | Prot: 28.71g | Carb: 73.80g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, dry instant powder, with whitener and sugar. Lunch:  Oriental Chicken or Turkey Garden Salad (Chicken and/or Turkey, Lettuce, Fruit, Nuts). Dinner:  chicken curry, Spinach & dal, tortillas. Snacks/Other:  lays baked potato chips, pistachio ice cream.
