Lunch: Oriental Chicken or Turkey Garden Salad (Chicken and/or Turkey, Lettuce, Fruit, Nuts). Dinner: chicken curry, Spinach & dal, tortillas. Snacks/Other: lays baked potato chips, pistachio ice cream.
