Fat: 68.39g | Prot: 97.34g | Carb: 220.76g.   Breakfast:  wendys burrito, coffee creamer. Lunch:  onion, lean ground beef, prego heart smart, bell pepper, multi-grain spaghetti. Dinner:  chicken breast, celery, onion,garlic,, potatoes, baby carrots, cream of celery, bisquick. Snacks/Other:  oatmeal squares, milk, cookies and cream, cheddar.
