Fat: 78.85g | Prot: 90.03g | Carb: 39.34g.   Breakfast:  spam, tomato, dukes mayo. Lunch:  celery, ground beef, green beans, mushroom, bell pepper, cauliflower . Dinner:  ground beef , feta , balsamic vinegrette, green leaf lettuce , turkey pepperoni , tomato . Snacks/Other:  atkins , broccoli , cauliflower, mickelburry ham .
